see that but if I select sound preference there is no hardware
showing.

YAST sound shows snd-sof-pci-intel-apl but no driver
Tunbleweed does show headphone audio but It needs sound to go to
the TV via HDMI.

I also have a pair of USB headphones which are plugged into a USB hub and shared via the KVM switch. My monitor has a headphone [out] jack but I've not tried to see if I get sound out of it (maybe by plugging the speaker that's plugged into the KVM into it to see if I get sound). Not sure if that's close enough to your use-case to be of value.
