I too see that but if I select sound preference there is no hardware showing.

PC115:~ # inxi --audio
Audio:
Device-1: Intel Celeron/Pentium Silver Processor High Definition Audio
  driver: sof-audio-pci-intel-apl
  Sound Server-1: ALSA v: k5.14.21-150400.22-default running: yes
  Sound Server-2: PulseAudio v: 15.0 running: yes
PC115:~ #

YAST sound shows snd-sof-pci-intel-apl but no driver

Tunbleweed does show headphone audio but It needs sound to go to the TV via HDMI.

I have an SBC w/ a "Intel Celeron J4115" and "Intel GeminiLake [UHD Graphics
600]" ; for audio, `inxi --audio` shows (on Tumbleweed):

Device-1: Intel Celeron/Pentium Silver Processor High Definition Audio
  driver: snd_hda_intel

I use the SBC via DisplayPort and the audio-out runs into a KVM so I can switch
it w/ 1 other machine. I also have a pair of USB headphones which are plugged
into a USB hub and shared via the KVM switch. My monitor has a headphone [out]
jack but I've not tried to see if I get sound out of it (maybe by plugging the
speaker that's plugged into the KVM into it to see if I get sound). Not sure if
that's close enough to your use-case to be of value.
