Hi,

On the "darkside software world" :-D there is mostly used Zoom, with many known critical aspects in relation to vulnerability e. g. such as:

...

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360044350792-Security-CVE-2020-9767

https://talosintelligence.com/vulnerability_reports/TALOS-2020-1055

...

and apart from costs, privacy, etc...

Within this e-mail I would like to inquire, if there is a software project for the use on openSUSE.

I've heard e. g. about

      Jitsi-Meet

see here:

https://jitsi.org

provided at:

https://github.com/csett86/jitsi-meet-electron/releases/

Another question is, if there are "hybrid" solutions for the combined use of clients that have different software world bases that are non browser based.

Most invitations come with a link to Zoom, what to do if  you have an openSUSE system and want to participate?

Kind regards

M
