[opensuse-support] Display is stuttering with kernel 5.2.x

Hi, I've updated yesterday and got video stuttering, everything else works fine, system doesn't hang, no errors in journal. With kernel 5.1.16 displaying doesn't stutter. Bug is present in TTY as well as in X (actually in TTY it even worse).
