Hi Ftake, I have a question after reviewing proposal from Japan team. Current budget planning estimation is 18,115 USD, does this number cover both necessary and optional items? or everything covered by estimation is necessary for the summit? If your answer is "the budget covers both necessary and optional items", could you please share minimal budget planning with us which only cover necessary items for the summit. We can pick up other options items if we have more sponsorship. Thank you! Best, Sunny On 05/03/2017 02:15 PM, Yan Sun wrote:

Hi Sunny, We updated budget section to make minimal budget clear. However, the half of the budget is for TSP. The amount for TSP is as much as former openSUSE.Asia summits and we are not sure how much we can prepare for now. https://bitbucket.org/ftake/opensuse-asia-17-jp/src/7fd1ce5c563c6758682fa16f...
