Webmin... for example
But without any knowledge about how firewalls work, the frontends give the same result... the GUI is not an answer but a tool to reach the answer.

or have a look at webmin ( http://www.webmin.com ) and the build-in modules Linux-firewall or Shorewall-firewall... (o.k. both modules aren't translated into your native language but....)
