ot: will somebody please clean this list, give advice during signup and/or stop sending autoreplies to bulk mailing lists? thanks.

i constantly get annoying autoreplies from paradise support (paradise_custhelp/com) on the suse security list. i tried to forward their messages to the list owner, and to some other folks, but to no avail so far. when will people learn to configure their mailing clients properly, or not sign up mail aliases, support addresses to bulk lists? maybe some more information, hints or even rules *before* letting people to signup to the lists are actually needed. cheers, andy.

I have tried to find the culprit of those autoreplies, but I was not successful. Will try again. Ciao, Marcus (Moderator)

It's custhelp.com or rightnowtech.com Chris Mahmood used to have a script he ran that sent out a probe to all subscribers to find the real address in case it's layered. Is that not still around there?

I have now found and removed the culprit from the list, "info@rpk.co.nz". Ciao, Marcus
