Generally, there is no problem a tall to whitelist
devel:languages:rust:crates as devel prj for TW (which I did; so you
can submit)
as for zram-generator: in what relation is this to the already existing
package
openSUSE:Factory systemd-zram-service
zram-generator is a more systemd-ish way to do the same, also allowing more flexible configuration, while systemd-zram-service is just a bash script.
This sounds like doing about the same (on first glance at leats)
