ok, for some reason your system is almost there (mine's not ;), add

	HorizSync    30-120
	VertRefresh  59-61

to your Monitor section and you should see something. one difference
i spotted was that your ATOMBIOS reported BR21540.BIN while mine says
it has Test.bin - can you grab/post your video ROM please:

	dd if=/dev/mem of=nc8430.rom bs=1k count=64 skip=768
