Which version are you using? The first few releases had a few issues,
most of them should be gone now. If not, it would be great if you could
dig into that.
I also just noticed that it might be the xrandr changes I pushed
upstream a few days ago. This program still had several bugs lurking in
the code (and still has), and I sincerely hope I didn't make it worse
Also the base RandR code in the server had a serious and several not so
serious bugs. Also fixed upstream.
