Hello, I am trying to package python-cirq https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:andythe_great/python-cirq But I got many TypeError: True has type <class 'numpy.bool_'>, but expected one of: (<class 'bool'>, <class 'numbers.Integral'>) dev_tools/bash_scripts_test.py:88: AssertionError I ask the dev here: https://github.com/quantumlib/Cirq/issues/3154 But I think it might be openSUSE specific issue, I'm not sure what happen.
