I'd like to make sure we switch the banner at around the same time (I think we can schedule it on our systems). I think in the past it was always around 15:00 UTC. But sometimes it gets pushed back a few minutes here or there to make sure things are really ready at that time. I suggest, if you're auto-switching it, make it for around 17:00 UTC. Seems the safest hour (11 a.m. your time) And obviously when live, you'll want to have the banner URL to software.opensuse.org.
