The fglrx repository doesn't exist for openSuSE 11.1 yet.

HD4650 is RV730. Anything above R500 doesn't have acceleration with open-source driver yet.

Hopefully a working fglrx driver will be available soon via repository or other way. I didn't get the latest driver to work yet. The repository will be the best as not having this driver will hurt openSuSE (11.1).
