[opensuse-project] Shifting the IRC meeting
Hi MBoman asked to do something to make it easier for people from the other side of the world to attend the irc meeting. We could do it one time like now, 18:00 CET, and the next meeting 2 weeks later at 14:00 CET (22:00 Australia afaik), 2 weeks later at 18:00 ... and so on. opinions? -- with kind regards, Martin Lasarsch, Core Services SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstr. 5 90409 Nürnberg GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) martin.lasarsch@suse.de - http://www.opensuse.org --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-project+help@opensuse.org

The idea is good, however I'd vote for 13:00 CET/CEST ;-) because - even greater time shift, so it wouldn't be too late in Australia - community members in europe could do an "enlarged" lunch break to attend Regards, Christian Boltz -- And if the majority here feels mlmmj should respond in Klingon, that's what we should consider. As long as it uses proper MIME headers, of course. ;-) [Gerald Pfeifer in opensuse-project] --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-project+help@opensuse.org

I said 14:00 because i know how it works here: most people go a little bit later, 12:30 or 13:00. But i'm ok with that, all people from SUSE should be able to shift the lunch times every 4 weeks .... -- with kind regards, Martin Lasarsch, Core Services SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstr. 5 90409 Nürnberg GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) martin.lasarsch@suse.de - http://www.opensuse.org --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-project+help@opensuse.org

Can we get a decision for the next meeting before Wednesday? :) Currently it's not in the calendar yet and the meeting page states the usual time 16:00 GMT.
