I started with openSUSE when I was 16 and have been a FOSS and an opeSUSE boy for a long time now. Whether its school, college or a bar I try to spread the word as much as I can. And if I can, I try to contribute some code to openSUSE as well. My recent contributions to openSUSE has been towards the openSUSE summit and conference websites (although they are much better now from what i started :). Feel free to look up the openSUSE github repos.
Moving on to GSoC 2013. I am really interested in contributing and hacking on the openSUSE's GSOC 2013 Idea - Discussion System for the Open Build Service. I share the same belief as my mentors, that having a commenting or a feedback system implemented to the roots of OBS will very much help with people working with OBS.
How is it different from pastebin or susepaste(http://paste.opensuse.org/)
I am not sure if I understand you right. The idea here is to implement a system which gives the users in obs, the flexibility to discuss about the ongoing matters. Maybe a little centralised depending on how the architectures persists. Pastebin is something entirely different from this. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, email: opensuse-project+owner@opensuse.org
