We're in the process of compiling the arguments presented in various
emails (it's not an easy task). They will be available on a wiki page
with the vote process detailed.
The vote can be extended to allow people to take a more informed
decision. They can change their vote if they have already voted, should
they wish so after consulting the wiki.
