Hello wiki-list!
A) The problem:
*There seems to be no article about Bugzilla in the wiki*
There is. I just fixed redirect to proper page. search for "bugs" and "bugzilla" will lead to: http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Submitting_bug_reports where we can start page with instructions for other uses of bugs or bugzilla.
...
C) The solution?:
In any case that is first aid (nothilfe). Yes it is something like "Nothilfe" (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nothilfe) especially in the meaning of helping others that are not helping themselves (§ 32 Section 2 Alternative 2 StGB (de) or more Notstandshilfe § 34 Sentence 1 Alternative "oder einem anderen abzuwenden").
I would think it would be appropriate if someone how is/has been working for/organizing Bugzilla should write a "What is"-article: definition, description, link to the "How to use"-article, maybe a short explanation/summery about the use and meaning of bugzilla, how does it differ from other parts of the project (forums, wiki, mailinglists, openFATE) and how does it cooperate with that parts. If there jet any article or other document about the strategy how these parts of the openSUSE project do differ and how they are working together or how they should work together the Bugzilla article could link to that (if anything like a strategy for that exists jet. As I understand it *Bugzilla is an important part of the openSUSE project.* I do not see that the openSUSE wiki reflects that now.
