Sometimes one can not see the obvious.
IRC (hint: #opensuse-admin) will also be available.
I have to confess that I've never used IRC.
BTW: I spent the evening on setting up a copy of the wikis in Provo [1]. There were a few ;-) road bumps (thanks to everybody who helped to fix them!), but if everything works as planned, the wikis will be online (in read-only mode) during the power outage.
