<quote> for another example, from opensuse-kde:

..has disappeared. The kde repo web page refers to it:
? thanks -john
Why is this happening?

We *need* a central location where new and removed repos are documented and a history maintained. When someone has been using a repo and it *disappears*, they need information/direction to replace that repo, instead of a list of hundreds of packages that will be downgraded.
For another group of repos that have ?disappeared? download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/Community/openSUSE_11.2_KDE_Distro_Factory/ download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/Community/openSUSE_11.2/ download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/Community/openSUSE_11.2_KDE_Distro_Stable/ download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/Playground/openSUSE_11.2_KDE_Distro_Stable/
