Completely agree.
I, too, think moderating "off-topic" like this is severe overkill, and counter-productive. Instead, we need to maintain control of trolls and flame-baiters, and those who argue and nitpick at length on mostly irrelevant points, thus derailing important discussions. -- -Gerry Makaro Fraser-Bell on Github
