I installed a USB 1.1 card, a Via card. It was detected, and I am able to make use of my USB key drive, but nothing else. My USB mouse and printers are not detected. It would be nice to be able to use a real mouse.....
The USB mouse uses the generic /dev/input/mice device. Are the drivers loaded? I guess you need uhci_hcd.
I have verified that the uhci_hcd module is loading, and still the mouse won't work. It doesn't even light up. I will try another UBS card when I find it....... __________________________________________________________________ Switch to Netscape Internet Service. Every card should work. File a kernel bug in bugzilla, add the hwinfo and getsysinfo output to the bug.
