I just got informed that openSUSE Factory is again building against PowerPC.
Building seems to be stuck at the "berkeleydb" package. According to https://build.opensuse.org/package/live_build_log?arch=ppc&package=berke... it is in the testing phase. This page did not change in the past few hours. Could somebody check, if it is a package bug (a test is broken, probably an endless loop), or it is just the BS not refreshing the live logs?
