There is not enough information to give an answer here. Please use the "--debug-solver" option, generate a testcase and an bugzilla entry.

The following NEW patch is going to be installed: libmysqlclient-devel

even more , it wants to install a new patch of libmysqlclient-devel which is not installed on the system either..

This is a bug I guess.. or Im missing something here ? ;-)
