IMO, the point of suggests, based upon what apt-get seems to do, is to
display their names just before installation really starts, so that the
user can look them up individually and decide.
Does YaST2 do that? I haven't noticed it.
From what I recall with Synaptic, it provides a
right-click menu to
install *.deb suggests. I haven't been able to find
that in YaST.
