Please submit your packages before Friday afternoon (UTC time) to make sure they will get included in this release. Leaf packages submitted during the week-end might also get accepted on Monday. The general text does not apply to the Goldmaster. If there are urgent bug fixes to be done after RC2 is out, first get me in the bug report. You can still submit to factory if you don't expect any 11.4 work on the package anymore.
