Well...I'll send a del request to Factory. And later SR a new package with a different name and maintainable source to Factory/13.1 to override this package.
Seems this package is a bonus from SUSE, a supplement for texlive-cjk package. So it points its URL tag to texlive-cjk website...that's why they two look different by source. So if it still can be built...no need to drop it. I see the `updmap can't find TLUtils.pm` problem has been fixed by texlive-filesystem updates 3 weeks ago, I think it's just a temporary problem in Factory.
