[opensuse-packaging] including "BuildRequires: CodeAnalyst" in .spec to enable CodeAnalyst features

Hello, Is there a option to build a rpm in obs that has CodeAnalyst features enabled ? Can it be enabled by using the following line in the .spec file ? BuildRequires: CodeAnalyst If , not can it be addeded in , so the CodeAnalyst features can be used ?.
