Yeah. But I wonder how changes can be incompatible in another direction than backward. Just the wording, but it puzzled me.
For example an application can't parse config file writtet by newer version of that application. It is not that interesting for us and documenting it would be a lot of effort for the maintainer because it is often not mentioned anywhere.
