[opensuse-packaging] Adding a EULA to a package

Could someone advise on how one would add a EULA to a package please? What I'm looking to do is have the EULA pop up and require user interaction prior to install. The package in question contains firmware that are not OSS but are re-distributable providing the user acknowledges the EULA. I've had a look at the Non-Free repo hoping to find a hint, but didn't see anything. All and any help would be appreciated.
