      I have been realy nice requesting you, by e-mail, to remove me from your
mailing list and you have not complied to my requests so I am sending
you a Cease and Desist notice, which means leagly you have  to STOP
sending e-mail to Adam Done.  This will be the last
message you will recieve from me.  If this does not stop, this matter
will be taken to the proper authorities.
