[mirror] Recursive Loop with 42.3 ISO Changes Directory
I have been trying to get a local sync of 42.3. I am having problems with the ISO directory. It has a "Changes" directory that on download.opensuse.org has text files. On all of the mirrors, that I have checked and that have the iso directory, the "Changes" directory is a link to the current directory. I am behind a proxy which I do not control, so I can not use rsync. The method I use to sync each new distro is use lftp to build a file and directory listing then use aria2c to fetch using the meta4 files from download.opensuse.org Can someone find out if the problem is on the openSUSE end or with how mirrors are syncing their copy? Thank you. head -10 ftpFileList.txt .current.txt Changes/ Changes/.current.txt Changes/Changes/ Changes/Changes/.current.txt Changes/Changes/Changes/ Changes/Changes/Changes/.current.txt Changes/Changes/Changes/Changes/ Changes/Changes/Changes/Changes/.current.txt Changes/Changes/Changes/Changes/Changes/ http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/42.3/iso/Changes/ http://mirror.its.dal.ca/opensuse/distribution/leap/42.3/iso/Changes/Changes... ftp://mirror.rackspace.com/openSUSE/distribution/leap/42.3/iso/Changes FTP Listing of /openSUSE/distribution/leap/42.3/iso/Changes at mirror.rackspace.com Parent Directory Jul 19 2017 14:50 Link Changes -> . That was intentional during development. It was catched by a redirect on download.o.o to point to the real location of the changes. For the final release the Changes link is not needed anymore so can be removed from download.o.o. cu Ludwig -- (o_ Ludwig Nussel //\ V_/_ http://www.suse.com/ SUSE Linux GmbH, GF: Felix Imendörffer, Jane Smithard, Graham Norton, HRB 21284 (AG Nürnberg) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: mirror+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, email: mirror+owner@opensuse.org
