Hi,

some changes in rsync modules on {stage,rsync}.opensuse.org that I just did:

- updated the hotstuff modules to ditch old content, and include new stuff (the 11.0 release).

opensuse-hotstuff-80gb: drop distribution/10.3 add distribution/11.0 add update/11.0 keep update/10.3

opensuse-hotstuff-160gb: drop distribution/11.0-RC1 drop distribution/10.2 keep distribution/10.3 add distribution/11.0 add update/11.0 keep update/10.3

- "update/11.0-test" directory removed, which had slipped onto rsync.opensuse.org. (On stage.opensuse.org it wasn't there.) It doesn't need mirroring so far.

- removed a confusing "opensuse-publictest" directory in some rsync modules, which contained only some symlinks.
