It would indeed appear to be the rsync server - I can't reach it on ipv4 either. I've updated the ticket above. Is there anything else we can do?, it's been down for a week now.

current status is testing the X GB sized rsync modules so we dont empty your mirrors by accident. well that was a promising start for this machine. fixed. rsync for verification is running atm. but --checksum will take some time.
