Issues with country=ar mirror
Hello mirror admins, It seems like the Argentina's mirror has been having throughput issues for months now. And it is being defaulted in some cases to SA users. Totally disabling a mirror is a matter of flipping value in the 'Enabled' column in WebUI at https://download.opensuse.org/app/server . I can give permission to do it if somebody wants it. I don't mind doing it, but so far I don't see enough evidence that the mirror is bad. I've tried it few times and it did show 8Mb/s for me in Germany. I am on vacation this week, so if nobody can investigate and provide the evidence, I will try to look again next week.
