Reinstallation is not an option in my scenario.
Could you suggest me some measure to check integrity of my ISO?

I can imagine that this might be quite demanding feature in regions with low bandwidth, where people want to be sure-sure that their image was corrupted before downloading a new one.

But then TW might not be the best fit in given environment.

Dominique do you have thoughts on this one? Leap could use similar approach for quarterly updates.
