[suse-mirror] openSUSE 11.3 Marked as world-readable

We've made the openSUSE 11.3 now as world-readable on the staging server, we will open our own server at 12:45 CEST - and announce at 14:00 CEST (12:00 UTC). I would appreciate if you start opening up your servers now. At 12:45 our download redirector will redirect 11.3 to others...
