Well, you are in :D I would like everything to be open and talk about it here in the ML. Maybe at some point make a meeting. What are your ideas ? Nikos is the guy that works with the infrastructure of the printed version and afaik he is thinking on working with Scribus. About the web Version we were thinking of publishing it on News somehow or something else wordpress related, but still looking for this. BTW is it possible to have an article from OBS every month? In my mind I have to reach people in all corners of the openSUSE Project and have them write articles or even how to's. Maybe even give simple lessons of how to make packages... What do you think? Have Fun Kostas

Manu, if I may add to that, I had the same thought. Not only the forums, but also the user support list (and the mailing lists in general) are an excellent resource of ideas and almost ready articles. The plus to that, is that it can give topics and answers to issues that are relevant to most common problems that exist now, not yesterday. So, they can raise the interest of the public.

notice only that reading thouse supports is a hard work, so we should have one people for each one (and right now we don't have)
my idea is that we *have* to publish *often* (is not hat what the free software as for?), no matter if the setup is pretty. If people like the content, we will then found other to give a hand

+1 to that but, the thing is that it is an excellent pool of ideas and solutions for somebody who wants to contribute articles either occasionally, or constantly. (when someone steps in to do that)

One step at a time. Maybe it works for software but this case is not the same. Let's start it monthly and then we see what happens. I really loved the weekly news idea, but having worked for it (as a translator, coordinator and publisher for the greek version) I have to say that the work is an overkill.
I don't want to loose the fun part of it.

Oh yes! I really don't know why i never gave it a chance. Now i see it as the most feature full, easy to use, and let's say professional DE out there. I Like :D
It has to do with the needs each time, I have KDE on my main pc but I use LXDE, XFCE and E17 in my smaller ones, anyway this is not the place, lets do that on irc at some point.

Child you finally saw the light in the darkness of GUI's, LOL
Would it be OK if it did it in a VB? Don't want to install unnecessary stuff on my main install.
I don't thnink this is a problem, go ahead
- if not, I can do a 'Noob pimpin and exploring KDE' :)
keep that for the next issue :D

I am cool with this, I just thought that you made something in the wiki already Stathis efagra already made something informal, I will just say to him to spread that and start working there if you like. We set the deadline but when do you think we should release it? ...or let's just make babysteps, have the whole thing ready and then decide?
