As each of our lists of followers grow on Twitter, Identi.ca, etc and more international, we should start thinking of ways to simplify re-tweeting for our followers to quickly pick up on.
I just picked up and retweeted a spanish version of today's 11.2 RC1 announcement knowing that I have some Spanish-language followers who could easily retweet that and spread it around to their followers.
For major announcements and such, we should probably form a team of translators (tweet-slators?) so we can send out tweets in multiple languages. What do you guys think?

So I guess this highlights that we need a translation team to quickly translate announcements? Otherwise, they have to wait until weekly news translation, right?
These are important things we should be thinking about, so close to the Final Release date and we want to maximize attention as much as possible.

I think he stating that when a page is retweeted, by the translator, they will adjust the page to the language they are translating for.
Just to give me the english or spanish text which I will translate to portuguese. Someone to translate to german? hehe..

I said it the last time here, it is for magazines not interesting when there are 2 Launch Partys for openSUSE worldwide - that is contra productive. I said it two times in the newsletter channel - no report for Launch Partys. Maybe thats helpful to get more parties.

So u need not translated tweets but u need good blog entrys about openSUSE 11.2, articles they are worth that other people talk about it ;)
