I found that there's a new section "openSUSE Forums". Will it be the regular section from now on ? If so, we -- translators -- had better modify templates and translate.ini for that, don't we ? I've updating the template and translate ini :-). I think adding forum thread into openSUSE Weekly News is brilliant idea. -- Best Regards, Masim "Vavai" Sugianto /************************************************************/ Blog (ID) : http://www.vavai.com/blog/index.php Blog (EN) : http://www.vavai.net Community : http://www.opensuse.or.id /************************************************************/ -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+help@opensuse.org

Thanks for taking care. Just a quick note, my name is spelled "Rupert" with "p" instead of "b". I've already corrected http://en.opensuse.org/OpenSUSE_Weekly_News/49 and http://en.opensuse.org/OpenSUSE_Weekly_News/50 Would you please take care that this little mistake gets corrected somewhere else if needed and not known to me yet? Thanks a lot in advance. Best, Rupert

Sascha,
no worries. Due to obvious reasons, I'm familiar with the incorrect
spelling of either my first name or last name or both :-)
Best,
Rupert

Well, I noticed that in the "Feedback / Communicate / Get Involved" section of the Weekly News, it's still: "If you would like to be a part of the openSUSE Weekly news, then please send an email over to *opensuse-project@opensuse.org* (you need to subscribe first)." Since we decided to go on discussing things about Weekly News in this -marketing list, don't you think the address should be replaced by *opensuse-marketing@opensuse.org* ? Hey, one question: Why is the announcement of openSUSE-Education Beta2 for 11.1 filed under Planet SUSE and not under Announcements? It's only a bagatelle, I know. :) Best greetings Matthias On Friday 05 December 2008 00:40:50 Jan-Simon Möller wrote:

@all: can we move it up in the translations ? The en-Newsletter is fixed. @Natthias: Tnx for reminding - I missed it when looking over -announce and not at planet at the same time. The jp-Newsletter is fixed. By the way, the article "Linux.com: Go-OO: The best office suite you never knew you used" in "On the Web" section was added after the first "ready for translation" announcemant.
