It's hard to draw instant conclusions about the numbers. Clearly, the marketing team is accountable in large part for increasing numbers where we can. But we had two challenges wrt to 11.3.
please don't feel guilty at all !!! these numbers are very good.
They show simply that openSUSE users love they distro and keep it for a long time!! this is *very* good.
I *love* long term users!! Why should they change for the new one if the old one fill all they needs?
and how could 11.3 compete only 15 days after the release? I see these numbers as very good a you have a large part in this *good* result!!

Yes, long term, I've customers I can't upgrade yet. They are happy with their 10.2. some of them have 10.3 ... other 11.0 Perharps during september, there's some more migration. Also I don't think .1 .2 .3 numbering is THE problem.
