Is openSUSE going to have a stand there?
I dont think openSUSE is going to have a stand at the Cebit. The Cebit is very expensive. In 2010, I was in Hannover (as visitor) and the OpenSource Area must be paid if you want a booth there. Linux New Media sponsored in 2010 a bunch of Projects. There got a chair and a desk. Not more. So you can put a Laptop or TFT on the desk.
It seems as if at least the booth or table is for free for selected projects, see http://www.linux-magazin.de/NEWS/CeBIT-Open-Source-2012-Call-for-Projects (german, sorry). Still it only works for local people I think as hotel rooms are not available or not affordable.
