Hi all,
Last year we participated in Hacktoberfest, which is an event run by Digital Ocean and DEV that encourages people to make their first contributions to open source projects.

The event is a month away and it would be ideal to have a few projects within openSUSE host an event. Whether it is an event to teach people about a project, teach someone how to maintain a package or just a class abou improving documentation, any contribution will help.

There is a page about Hacktoberfest on https://etherpad.opensuse.org/p/hacktoberfest2021 where you can list your ideas. I'll put the topic on the list for our community meetings so we can discuss it later today and next week.
