In the next couple of days or maybe weeks it's planned to release LXQt 1.2.0. The exact date depends on when people have time. If it is happening during a week I will try to start packaging it immediately. If others want to join maybe we should coordinate who updates which package. In any case I'm glad that we are more people now, so that someone can spot if I make a mistake or can help testing. PS: See preparation for the blog: https://github.com/lxqt/lxqt.github.io/pull/119 Cheers, Michael

What is the plan - do we update the devel project or do we create a 1.2.0 branch for testing? Cheers Axel

Usually I update the devel project. But your branch is a cleaner idea. The update will be quite small though. Not any major changes as far as I'm aware. So devel project might be enough. Most likely 1.2.0 will be released tomorrow (Saturday) but I'll only have time on Monday to package it. Best, Michael

This has been packaged in X11:lxqt:git for a while now, I've not been daily driving it, by any means, but there aren't any *massive* changes from 1.1.0 that I would think would cause issues. But that is just my opinion based on limited testing.

Ok, the 1.2.0 release is packaged, and SR's have been sent to X11:LXQt for review. No Major changes in anything that I saw.

Thanks a lot! All looked good and forwarded to Factory. BTW I removed the review thing now from my account. It was actually only there because of an earlier time and I forgot to remove it.

Having other folks have a look before accepting them doesn't bother me in the least. It's not like I don't make mistakes.
