Hi Jimmy,

You can find the official documentation for MicroOS here: https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:MicroOS and this is accessible via the official page of MicroOS here: https://microos.opensuse.org/

The community driven documentation for MicroOS is here, but mind you that some of these things are not officially supported by the developers of MicroOS:
https://opensuse.github.io/openSUSE-docs-revamped-temp/microos_getting_started/

This so-called “community” guide doesn’t just include stuff that isn’t “officially supported” but includes stuff that is directly opposed to design, goals and wishes of the community that develops the MicroOS desktop.

This results in the above guide being akin to an “Installing Linux” community guide including a step 1 that reads “Install Windows”.

Users who want to use what the MicroOS developers are developing should not use that guide.

Meanwhile we know the desktop documentation is lacking on https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:MicroOS and https://microos.opensuse.org/.

I would love to see contributions on these official sites that align with the work we are actually doing.

Regards,
Richard

Dear Richard,

That community post is already marked for deletion [1]
I will not be building something new.

Best for the rest of the project.

For Kubic check out the official project site: https://kubic.opensuse.org/ and the wiki platform for documentation: https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Kubic

Hope these help and otherwise we're happy to answer your questions.

Greetings,

I have installed MicroOS with Gnome. I would like to make some insets

for our LUG and invitees on MicroOS and Kubic.

I have Googled these needs but could not find any sort of "Tutor led"

notes/courses. If they do exist, kindly share.

Best wishes,

Yours faithfully,

Jimmy Pierre
