1. it would be very helpful to add the bugzilla number to such changes entries
2. the default, upstream location of NetworkManager.conf is
/usr/lib/NetworkManager, not /etc/NetworkManager. This is only for admin
overrides.
We will not ship in packages not connected with NetworkManager dummy
NetworkManager configuration files, which are in conflict with the one from
NetworkManager itself and overwrites admin made changes.
Please fix cloud-init to look in the correct location (or both locations) for
that file.
