All languages are pre-installed on most Android systems, even on the smallest
low-budget devices. I also see no problem doing this for openSUSE microOS
Desktop.

As far as I know you need the language packs even for British English.
Therefore, you need the language packs even for most English-speaking countries
(these are over 50 countries), except for the USA and the Philippines, which
use US English.
