Kubic CaaS Platform_language_switching

Hello!

YaST2 on openSUSE TW Kubic doesn't correctly check changes of language
switching: it happens with one step late.

Steps-to-reproduce algo:
==============================
1. English (US) by default -> any lang. E.g. Estonian. Nothing happens.
2. Switch to French. GUI will have Estonian.
3. Switch to English (US) back. GUI will be French.
