The issue us presumably not new, just that this test scenario is having the
rest of the failures slowly solved, which makes more issues pop up.

It is, at this moment, not clear if the test is invalid or if there are
packages missed to be installed - the test expects a file

  /etc/salt/minion.d/master.conf

which seems not to be present:
