which version/distro of virt-manager is being used to manage the installed
libvirt?

I can say confidently that this does not happen on my teams KVM server which is
an old MicroOS installation continually updated to currently be version
20211111

This system has the kvm_server pattern, but no kvm_tools (as it's remotely
managed)
