If manually need to disable the executor that sort of defeats the purpose of `kubicctl`. Unfortunately I don't know enough of salt, and also couldn't really find a definitive answer to this, but if we could define for salt-call to run the command with a preferred executor that could resolve the issue. So `kubicctl` would run with `direct_call` instead of `transactional-update`. Or that might sound too easy ^_^
