[opensuse-kernel] patches.suse/kconfig-automate-kernel-desktop

Hi, do we need to carry patches.suse/kconfig-automate-kernel-desktop in master? It wants to change defauls for CONFIG_CGROUPS and CONFIG_CGROUP_SCHED, but we have cgroups enabled in all flavors nowadays. Plus, it sets CONFIG_HZ=1000 and CONFIG_PREEMPT automatically, but does it really make sense to patch the sources to achieve that?
